Project Manager/Cordinator

The Project Coordinator will oversee real estate development and construction projects, from concept to completion. This includes managing timelines, teams, contractors, and resources to ensure that both building projects and internal campaigns are executed to standard.

Responsibilities: 

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor real estate construction and development projects. 
• Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to manage construction timelines. 
• Supervise project staff and ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards. 
• Report progress, challenges, and completion status to senior management.  

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field. 
• Minimum of 2 years experience managing building construction and real estate development projects. 
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and multitasking skills. 
• Familiarity with construction regulations. 
• Familiarity with health & safety standards.
